To celebrate their ten year anniversary, &Daughter wanted a secondary logo that resonated more with their history. The founders grandmother passed down her knitting passion two generations. To her son and then her granddaughter, the founder – who still works with the same makers and mills that she did.
Inspired by their history, I delivered a hand-drawn script logo influenced by the faded signage found on old wool factories across Britain & Ireland.
A typography lockup to celebrate their ten year anniversary went through multiple rounds of design and name changes before settling on "10 Years, 10 Pieces"
